`workspace_id`	string	No	Optional workspace_id filter (task 0002). Three input shapes: - missing/null → no filter (default, full list) - integer → only projects in that workspace - string "unassigned" → only projects with workspace_id IS NULL Filtering is applied AFTER the model fetch so the rest of this controller's enrichment (meta, tools, current_project) still runs on the post-filter set. Acceptable: user projects max out around 15-20, so post-filtering is cheaper than refactoring the model query.
