POST /services/websites/v1/structures/{type}/batch Auth

Batch Create/Update Dynamic Structures

Accepts an array of items. Each item with 'id' is updated, items without 'id' are created. Runs in a single transaction for performance (~50x faster than individual calls). Security: validates every item's fields, scopes all queries to the authenticated project, and validates URL uniqueness.
